I achieved my Diploma in Hypnotherapy in 2013.  It was a fascinating course, with excellent results for my case study clients.

Contrary to popular belief, the hypnotic state is neither scary nor unusual. You enter it every night between sleeping and waking. And you don’t even have to enter a special state for some techniques.

Hypnotherapy can help with a wide variety of problems, and can explain and resolve issues that you may had for years. If you’ve tried everything, and are still suffering with migraines, phobias, habits, weight issues, anxiety or panic attacks, or even relationship issues, hypnotherapy may well be able to help.

Hypnotherapy membershipThe hypnotic state is simply the feeling you get between waking and sleeping, and it happens naturally  every night. Hypnotherapy can help you find answers to difficult questions; or resolve difficulties, traumas, or physical symptoms you thought you would have to put up with for ever.

Many symptoms are founded in past issues, which you may have no conscious memory of. You may be surprised to find that something you’d put behind you is still causing you problems today. It’s my job to gently help you to uncover and resolve these memories, so you can heal them. You may then find that the difficulty resolves itself in the next few weeks.

I also like to try and give you tools and treatment to use at home. I don’t just ‘give you a fish’, but ‘teach you to fish,’ as the saying goes. I will suggest techniques you can use to help yourself become the change you want to see.
